In this book review of Moving Stretch by Suzanne Wylde I discuss the most salient points from the book so you can learn how to improve your flexibility fast. Spoiler alert the moving stretch or resistance stretching technique may seem a bit counter effective but it works. Using moving stretching I have been able to get flexible quickly.
