In Vancouver there has been rampant marijuana (aka weed, pot, ganja etc) use even before it was recently legalized in Canada. In this video I seek to provide an evidence based answer to the question is marijuana good for you or is marijuana bad for you. One of my pet peeves about YouTube is you see videos where people are inappropriately citing references to prove their pre-determined bias to prove to you that marijuana is good or that marijuana is bad. Many of these videos rely heavily on animal studies, which is a great first step exploring a medically related topics, but I don’t care what happens to rats when they get high off weed, I care about what happens to human beings.
Therefore in my evidence based review video, “Is Marijuana good for you or is Marijuana bad for you?” I seek to provide the highest quality research on humans about the effects of marijuana on both physical and mental health of humans. Also, an important note is that I am not explicitly discussing the use of medical marijuana that may be potentially a promising area in a few select disease states, but in which there is a paucity of data in. Instead I am focusing on discussing about recreational marijuana use and whether weed is good for weed is bad for you if you are just taking it for fun.
If you can’t sustain it, it’s not worth it.
